This is a new program for the U.S. Our goal is to double the number of hires in the next year.

In which areas of BNP Paribas are you placing graduates?
Sales & Trading, Corporate Investment Banking, Research, Finance.

What does a typical graduate rotation look like?
5 week intensive training including:
30 to 50 hours of on-line product specific precourse work, 2 weeks of intensive product training, post-course study, orientation and company overview, business/technical related coursework based on level and position, professional development courses (business writing, negotiation, selling and presentation skills), team building and multicultural awareness.
