Briefly describe the hiring process:
Applicants must submit their CV and covering letter online and complete the short online application form. If successful, they will then be invited to telephone interview and then to assessment centre.

All employees, including interns, have access to seminars, e-learning and classes to suit requirements.

Over the year you will develop in-depth specialist expertise relevant to your area, through formal and informal education and will be supported through professional qualifications. Your continuing education programme is tailored to provide you with the knowledge, skills and tools to succeed in your chosen area.
